Sunday stroll to the park...

The weather this Sunday was actually quite nice out and Morgan was dying to go outside and play so we decided to take the dog on a walk and let Morgan go and play at the park... Paul and Morgan had fun playing around while I of course took pictures! (My dad wanted me to take some since he wasn't feeling up to coming with us) After Morgan was through playing with Paul she decided to take taz for a walk and was running around all over the park with him... She was having a blast, however I think Taz was about to die since he is an overweight miniture rat terrior that never gets any exercise... It was dark when we left, but decided we need to go back another day with taz when its still light out!

3 Months old!

This little Monkey is already 3 months! I can't believe it... He has grown so much in the past 3 months and has definately grown into a chunky little baby!

Some things about Asher

• He is now starting to try and roll over
• sleeps for about a 5 hour stretch at night
• can now tell who his mommy is from other people (sadly he cries most the time when people hold him who he doesnt recognize)
• plays with toys that are hanging above him
• LAUGHS (and I absolutely LOVE it)
• And is all Smiles!

We sure do love this little monkey of ours!

I can't believe that my little girl is finally 2... Where did the time go? We are so glad that we have been blessed with such a beautiful and loving daughter... She brings so much joy and laughter into our home... Here are a few things about Morgan

• she loves milk... Its practically all she ever wants to eat(or should I say drink) besided sweets
• Loves to play in the water... Mainly the shower... Most times you can just stick her in there and she will play with her little duckies and bowls filling them up with water and dumping it out.
• She can say quite a few words now and is starting to form very short sentnces
• enjoys watching movies.... I love watching her watch them and hearing her laugh at them and say "that funny"
• she LOVES shoes... I guess she got that from her mommy...
• likes to get her hair done and be all pretty and then go show daddy how pretty she looks... Such a little girly girl but I wouldnt have it any other way!
• sleeps for about 12 hours every night and gets a nap in about half the time
• loves to go bye bye and play with other little kids
• enjoys being outside
• always is willing to give her mommy a hug and a kiss whenever I ask
• she will throw away diapers and fetch diapers and burp cloths for me
• she Loves playing with her brother although outsiders might see it more as pestering
• Morgan is quite the busy bee and enjoys getting into everything that she shouldn't be getting into
• recently has started to enjoy coloring... and not just on paper (my couch pillows)
• This girl loves gum... Another thing she must have inherited from me

Party Time

Sunday Evening we had a little family party for Morgans birthday over at my parents house... Pauls parents and his brother Nick, his wife, and their 3 girls came as well... We had barbeque beef sandwiches for dinner with potatoe salad, brocoli salad, baked beans, chips, and watermelon... I didn't make a cake for this party but I did make some mini cupcakes that I think turned out super cute!

Morgan was so excited to open her gifts she couldnt even wait for us to all get seated before she started ripping them open...

She loved her princess panties and couldn't wait to put them on... she made Paul put a pair on her right then!

Morgans little cousins looked sad that they didn't have gifts to open to so Morgan was kind enough to let them help out a little...

The girls in their cute princess shoes... My parents got her a pack of four and she absolutely loves them... Ever since Sunday she insists on wearing them to the store!

I had originally bought stuff to do a cake for her party on Sunday but just got to busy and didn't have time so I decided to make one for her Party on her actual birthday... It was not my original design but I think it still turned out cute... I was able to get some practice and am excited to make Paul one for his birthday...

So on Morgans birthday we thought it would be fun to have some of mine and Pauls friends over for a party... We had sweet pork burritos and salads with homemade salsa and mango salsa... I think it turned out really good and was pretty tasty!

All of our friends were so great and got Morgan awesome gifts... I really wasn't expecting it especially from Pauls single guy friends... She loved all of her gifts!
