Swimming!

I thought it would be fun to take Morgan swimming this year since she Loves the water... (taking showers that is) We took her a couple times last year but didnt show much interest... I took her one day and she did not want to leave... She kept saying to me swimmin once we got home and I had no clue what she was saying.. It sounded a lot more like the word cinnamon... Hehe Paul had to let me know what she was saying... We have now gone to the pool a couple of times so far this summer and look forward to going more... She never wants to leave but mommy gets kind of bored sometimes since its generally just us two there at the pool... Morgan discovered the hot tub and absolutely loves it... I enjoy it too although when its already 11o degrees outside I cant stand to be in there that long... After swimming we like to enjoy eating a popsicle! I love summer days! Now I just need to get Paul to come down with me so we can take Asher swimming too!

Craft night

My friend Jamielyn and I are going to be hosting a craft night Next friday the 18th from 6:30pm-whenever... Asher's 1st haircut

For an early birthday present I picked up some new clippers for myself and thought I would put them to some good use and give Asher his first real haircut since he was starting to get spots on his head where his hair wad wearing down... I sat him in his bumbo, put on a cape and got to work... I used clippers on the sides and scissors on the top... He did fairly well... The sides ended up a bit shorter than I was wanting but thats okay because he is still as handsome as can be... And now his worn down spots don't synd out as much!

Sunday stroll to the park...

The weather this Sunday was actually quite nice out and Morgan was dying to go outside and play so we decided to take the dog on a walk and let Morgan go and play at the park... Paul and Morgan had fun playing around while I of course took pictures! (My dad wanted me to take some since he wasn't feeling up to coming with us) After Morgan was through playing with Paul she decided to take taz for a walk and was running around all over the park with him... She was having a blast, however I think Taz was about to die since he is an overweight miniture rat terrior that never gets any exercise... It was dark when we left, but decided we need to go back another day with taz when its still light out!

3 Months old!

This little Monkey is already 3 months! I can't believe it... He has grown so much in the past 3 months and has definately grown into a chunky little baby!

Some things about Asher

• He is now starting to try and roll over
• sleeps for about a 5 hour stretch at night
• can now tell who his mommy is from other people (sadly he cries most the time when people hold him who he doesnt recognize)
• plays with toys that are hanging above him
• LAUGHS (and I absolutely LOVE it)
• And is all Smiles!

We sure do love this little monkey of ours!

I can't believe that my little girl is finally 2... Where did the time go? We are so glad that we have been blessed with such a beautiful and loving daughter... She brings so much joy and laughter into our home... Here are a few things about Morgan

• she loves milk... Its practically all she ever wants to eat(or should I say drink) besided sweets
• Loves to play in the water... Mainly the shower... Most times you can just stick her in there and she will play with her little duckies and bowls filling them up with water and dumping it out.
• She can say quite a few words now and is starting to form very short sentnces
• enjoys watching movies.... I love watching her watch them and hearing her laugh at them and say "that funny"
• she LOVES shoes... I guess she got that from her mommy...
• likes to get her hair done and be all pretty and then go show daddy how pretty she looks... Such a little girly girl but I wouldnt have it any other way!
• sleeps for about 12 hours every night and gets a nap in about half the time
• loves to go bye bye and play with other little kids
• enjoys being outside
• always is willing to give her mommy a hug and a kiss whenever I ask
• she will throw away diapers and fetch diapers and burp cloths for me
• she Loves playing with her brother although outsiders might see it more as pestering
• Morgan is quite the busy bee and enjoys getting into everything that she shouldn't be getting into
• recently has started to enjoy coloring... and not just on paper (my couch pillows)
• This girl loves gum... Another thing she must have inherited from me
