Playing in the flowers!

Today I thought would be a good day to take Morgan down to the Temple and take some pictures of her... I was hoping that they would have the new spring flowers planted so I could take some beautiful pictures... But much to my suprise they were actually taking out all the old flowers and one of the landscape ladies told me to feel free and toss Morgan in the flowers to take her pictures since they were just going to be ripping them out! I was so excited it was better than I even imagined... Morgan is getting her upper teeth in right now so she wasn't all smiles since her mouth is pretty sore but I still feel like I got some good shots! Hopefully we can go again soon when she is feeling better before they rip the rest of the flowers out...

Morgan's Walking!

Wow, I can't believe it... Morgan is walking... She started taking little steps a while ago, but it wasn't until last thursday that she acutually took more than 3 steps at a time! She still has a little ways to go before she masters walking but she sure is getting pretty good... Yesterday at church when all the kids got out of primary Morgan started walking around with them and you could tell she was having a blast and was so excited! Although I know I am definately going to have my hand full it sure is so fun watching her accomplish this!

Little Girls Are SO fun! The other day I decided I was going to try and paint Morgans toes! I think they turned out pretty Cute if I do say so myself!

Peru?!

Well not much has been going on in the past couple of weeks... Paul is still looking for a job and actually heard about one doing cattle tracing down in Peru... (I have no clue what that is) His cousin is going to be doing it down in argentina and is going to talk to the guy in charge to see if they have an open spot and hopefully if its worth it Paul can do it... He served his mission in Peru and would absolutely love the opprotunity to go back down there and work... We still don't know very many details but hopefully later this week we will find out if there is an open spot... Morgan is still growing so big! She has been able to stand up on her own for a couple of months now and just recently has taken a couple steps... I think she is a little nervous to start walking so paul and I bought her this thing called Walking wings that helps her to learn her balance a little better... Who knows if it actually works but we enjoy going on little walks with her! She is now seriously into everything and we have baby gates up all over and doors are always having to stay shut... She loves wandering into the bathrooms and playing in the trash or in mommy's make-up case! She sure is fun though!

Morgan turns 9 months!

My little girl turned 9 months today and I just can't believe how fast the time has seemed to go by! It really does just feel like yesterday that I was in the delivery room waiting to have her... These past 9 months have been so much fun watching her grow and learn new things. Morgan is now actively crawling everywhere, pulling herself up onto everything and can even stand up on her own. She has yet to take her first step but i'm sure she will do it in her own time! We sure do love having her around and can't wait to expiernce the rest of our lives watching her grow! Morgan at 9 months... She really enjoys going outside and playing... I wish she had some little friends her age that she could go play with!

Morgan at 8 months! This has been such a fun age! She is getting into everything and is so fun to be around. That is when she is not being grouchy from teething!

Morgan at 3 months... Paul and I had so much fun dressing her up! She is like our own personal little doll...In this picture we put my extensions on her and paul was always asking when we could put makeup on her so I decided to put a little blush and lipstick on this little princess of ours! She is too cute!

Morgan at 2 months... She was just a happy smiling baby! I loved it once she learned to smile and laugh. It totally made my day everytime!

Morgan at 1 month... I know its hard to tell that she is only 1 month since she was probably the size of most 3 month olds!

Morgan just minutes after birth. After just about 13 hours of labor and 45 minutes of pushing I delieved this beautiful baby girl. She was born at 12:58 pm on May 26th 2008, weighing in at an astonishing 10 pounds 3 ounces. Who ever would have thought!

Mesa Art Center!

The weather has been so nice lately that I thought it would be nice to get out of the house for once and go let Morgan have some fun. A couple months ago we went to the Mesa Art Center and I thought it was so cool there and thought it would be a good place to let Morgan go play. She loves playing in water and they had the perfect little water things for her to stand in! It was a tid bit chilly so she couldn't stand in it for long but she also had a blast playing around in the grass roaming wherever she wanted! I love watching her explore and expeirence so many new things in life!

A day at Freestone Park!

Paul hasn't had much work lately so we have been taking advantage of the time that we get to spend together as a family... We thought it would be fun to take Morgan to the park and let her crawl around everywhere... The weather was perfect and we had a fun time! Morgan liked looking at the ducks and picking things up off the ground and trying to eat it... We sure are loving having our little girl in our family and watching her grow!
